It's that time of year again...  All the stores are crowded with back-to-school buyers and the TV is filled with commercials about it.  Youth fitness is one of the most over-looked aspects of personal training by many exercise professionals.  Most personal trainers have plenty of experience training middle-aged and older adults.   However, few actively seek out training our their community's youth.

Childhood obesity has become a societal epidemic.  Now more than ever, it is important for fitness professionals to focus on learning the proper techniques and exercises to help promote youth fitness.  ASFA's Youth Fitness certification is designed to assist fitness professionals in learning proper form and exercise techniques; while keeping fitness fun and safe.
