So here's my advice: if you truly want to make fitness part of your lifestyle, then do it!

When you're stressed out about something at work or home (or both), getting into the habit of working out can actually help ease some of those anxieties by releasing endorphins into the bloodstream--chemicals that make us feel good! Even just ten minutes spent punching away on a heavy bag or going for a brisk walk around the block will do wonders for reducing stress levels while improving mental clarity at work too!

The truth is that everyone was once in your shoes--and they've all come out on the other end with great results.
You don't need special equipment or expensive gym memberships; all that matters is finding something that works for you and sticking with it! Whether it's walking around the block every day after dinner or taking yoga classes twice a week at home (or both!), as long as you are putting forth effort into improving yourself physically and mentally then every step forward counts toward living an overall healthier lifestyle which includes not just exercising but eating better foods too (not just junk food). So don't get discouraged if one thing doesn't work out perfectly because there are always other options available depending upon where exactly we live geographically speaking such as joining gyms near us via social media sites like Facebook where people post about events happening locally within our area which makes connecting easier than ever before so instead of worrying about what might happen instead focus on what could happen if only given half chance opportunity presented itself today.
