5 Quick Kicks to Start Your Kickboxing Aerobics Workout!

1.)  Roundhouse.  Everyone's favorite.

2.)  Knee Strikes.  Easy beginner move.

3.)  Forward Thrust.  Pretty basic and effective.

4.)  Side Kick.  A little bit more advanced.

5.)  Crescent Kick.  More of an advanced fun kick.
