Here are a Few Simple Self-Defense Techniques
1.) Strike to the eyes with fingers or thumbs.
2.) Strike to the throat.
3.) Kick to the shin or knee.
4.) Knee to the groin.
Everyone knows that striking vitals areas is essential to evade an attacker once you have been accosted. But, what you know now and what you will know when you are nervous are terrified are very different. So, try to remember to make as much noise as possible, impact vital areas and evade your assailant. Situational awareness is very important. Using self-defense should be a last resort. Not being in a situation where an altercation might occur always provides the most ideal outcome.
