Functional Fitness - Practical Fitness

One fitness trend that will not go away is functional fitness!  Think about it. What could be more practical that functional fitness? 

Functional fitness can be applied to athletes working with high-impact dynamic motions or it can be applied to seniors working on balance. In addition to being highly practical, functional fitness training is also fun!  Instead of moving heavy weights rep-after-rep, you are swinging heavy ropes, lifting kettlebells with handles, twisting with kettlebells and throwing slamballs!  Doesn't that sound like more fun than 3 sets of 12 reps on each superset and then another and then another???  Of course it does!

So, the only question now, is what are you waiting for?  Functional Fitness is Practical Fitness.
