Fun Flexibility Facts:
1.)  Stretching can be detrimental prior to maximal exertion exercises.
2.)  Pauses are not required for maximal benefit in all methods of stretching.
3.)  Uncoordinated, uncontrolled momentum based stretching is referred to as ballistic stretching.
4.)  Unilateral stretching increases range of motion more quickly than bilateral stretching.
5.)  Dynamic stretching is preferred to static stretching prior to athletic performance.
